My buddy got into the EA servers fine (we are on the same network). I log into my Origin account OK, go to start up DS 3 and load my save file and I get a pop up "Unable to connect to EA servers. Well, I was over at his place this past weekend, same set up as always. I bought Dead space 3 back in July and have been playing it with my buddy every so often since then via LAN, and it has worked great, no complants. Multiplayer should then work on the Steam version too because it did for me as I have just checked now.So i'm in need of some help here. Essentially just show them the transaction ID, etc of what they ask for then they will give you a copy for origin. You're saying the advisor issued you a new key? I literally just got off of chat with an EA advisor, and provided my CD key, but the EA advisor stated since I bought it through Steam I'd have to contact Valve for a replacement copy to then register the game with Origin. ![]() Once your game is registered on Origin you will be able to redeem the content via the EA servers. ![]() Originally only Dead Space 3 was showing in Origin after having bought all 3 during the summer sale. In the end I sent them my receipt and they sent a code for Origin (and added it to my Games) ![]() I used the online chat to register the game on Origin.
